As a Fast Track Civil Servant in the Government Economics Service, I spent 13 years honing skills in strategy, planning, investment appraisal, and governance — working across the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, The Treasury, The Office for Disability Equality, and more.

In the dynamic world of Hospitality, I helped grow and lead an award-winning international restaurant brand that remained true to its culture and ethos. 

Along the way, I’ve learned that some well-placed structure can bring clarity to even the most complex challenges.

As an ICF qualified coach, I combine my experience with my coaching skills to help people grow personally and professionally.

I am always developing new knowledge to bring to my work. This currently includes studying the neuroscience of transformation, including the neuroscience of wisdom, connection and compassion, and for my Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Personal Coaching with Chester University.
